The challenge
We built a real-time monitoring system using the PI System and Asset Intellect from Dimension Software that is genuinely user friendly and visually appealing, without forcing every change into custom code, as their previous integrator had done.
What we did
From the first meeting, the customer-based atmosphere and our hands-on experience with the PI System made the partnership easy to commit to. We were also open to working with technology that was new to both parties. Using Asset Intellect's no/low code platform, we built functionality that the PI System didn't offer natively.
The result
Subsea Solutions now delivers a monitoring system their clients can read and trust. The customer service has been top notch, and any issue that comes up is handled in a very timely manner.
