A pulp and paper manufacturer needed real guidance and expertise for analytics. They had been working with another support vendor, but that partner could not match the depth of knowledge or the hands-on support the team was looking for.
What we did
We stepped in as system experts, providing guidance and extra support capacity on their analytical tools. Rather than hand over a report and leave, we worked alongside the team to build out real implementation and adoption.
The result
The manufacturer significantly improved its knowledge of its own analytical systems, and greatly expanded implementation and adoption across the operation. Analytics went from underused to part of how the plant runs.
