The challenge
A large oil refinery was getting limited experience and help from AVEVA, and the team was buried in manual work, including the dreaded screenshots that had to be captured and assembled by hand. It was slow, repetitive, and it ate up expensive engineering time.
What we did
We automated multiple manual PI System tasks, replacing the screenshot-and-report grind with tools that run themselves. The team found us the most knowledgeable and quickest on our feet of any partner they had worked with.
The result
The refinery is now saving hundreds of hours of work and getting more life and value out of the system it already owns. The manual tasks that used to consume the team simply run on their own.
