The challenge
Industrial Insight was already under contract at Big Rivers Electric before their performance engineer even arrived. Other contractors had approached offering similar services, but none demonstrated skills or knowledge comparable, and our deep understanding of their operations would be difficult for another vendor to replicate, even one with strong product expertise.
What we did
We take the initiative to continuously improve their processes, bringing lessons learned from across our other customers and sharing those successes. Through training and leadership, we enabled the team to build valuable, real-time operational tools for performance tracking, troubleshooting, and ongoing monitoring.
The result
Big Rivers now has visual tools purpose-built for the power industry, covering operational monitoring, performance management, and equipment and system troubleshooting. Just as important, the training we provided lets their team make improvements and build the tools they need as conditions change.
